Pearls & Gold Pearls & Silver
Many of the pearls that I use are called blister pearls which are cultured to grow on the inside of the shell of a fresh water mussel. This is a very colorful, irridesent pearl that is surrounded by some of the mother of pearl. I usually buy them in a rough form and cut them to the shape that I want. Some of the pearls are button pearls, which have a flat bottom. These work well in a bezel setting.
